About The Position

Home Health Works is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide quality care to clients in their homes. We are looking for CNAs who are confident in their skills, attentive to the needs of others, and committed to delivering reliable, respectful care. The right candidate understands that excellent home care involves more than completing tasks—it requires observation, communication, consistency, and genuine concern for each client’s well-being.

Requirements

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant license or certification
  • Level II background screening
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB test completed within the past six months
  • Current physical examination with a statement confirming freedom from communicable disease
  • Reliable personal vehicle
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Current automobile insurance

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Supporting mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention measures
  • Assisting with meals and hydration
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Performing light housekeeping related to the client’s care
  • Providing medication reminders within the permitted scope
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in the client’s condition
  • Completing required care notes and documentation
  • Following the client’s established plan of care
  • Maintaining regular communication with the Home Health Works office
