About The Position

Green Country Village Senior Living is seeking a compassionate PT Overnight Shift, Certified Nurse Aide to join their dedicated nursing team. This role involves providing personal and non-personal care assistance to residents, following their individual care plans, and promoting independence while ensuring safety. The community is located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, on a 26-acre campus, offering an all-inclusive lifestyle and exceptional hospitality.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Current Oklahoma certification as Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).
Ability to maintain 100% confidentiality with all work, conversations, documents, etc.
Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations.
Ability to display a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude to the public, residents, and employees at all times.
Ability to stand/walk for up to 100% of the work day.
Ability to assist in bathing and dressing of residents with disabilities.
Must be able to access and navigate the full campus.
Ability to independently push a wheelchair with a resident weighing up to 200 pounds.
Ability to independently lift, balance, and carry up to 30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Senior Living preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides personal and non-personal care assistance to residents as needed, following each resident’s personal plan of care.
Assists residents to maintain current living conditions safely and appropriately.
Promotes resident independence with daily activities while providing necessary assistance.
Keeps Charge Nurse, Nursing Coordinator, and Assisted Living Director informed of resident status.
Assists with meal service, including table set-up, serving, tableside assistance, apartment deliveries, beverage service, and dining room cleaning.
Records accurate and timely resident progress notes, condition change notes, and other required documentation.
