About The Position

Green Country Village Senior Living is seeking a compassionate PT Overnight Shift, Certified Nurse Aide to join their dedicated nursing team. This role involves providing personal and non-personal care assistance to residents, promoting independence with daily activities while ensuring their living conditions are maintained safely. The community is located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, on a 26-acre campus.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Current Oklahoma certification as Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).
Ability to maintain 100% confidentiality with all work, conversations, documents, etc.
Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations.
Ability to display a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude to the public, residents, and employees at all times.
Passionate about serving Seniors.
Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work as a cohesive team member.
Excellent organizational skills, time-management skills, and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with ability to balance resident care in a person-centered approach.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Safety focus to ensure safe environment for residents and guests.

Experience in Senior Living preferred.

Responsibilities

Providing personal and non-personal care assistance to residents as needed, following their personal plan of care.
Assisting residents to maintain safe and appropriate living conditions and promoting independence with daily activities.
Keeping the Charge Nurse, Nursing Coordinator, and Assisted Living Director informed of each resident's status.
Assisting with meal service, including table set-up, serving, tableside assistance, apartment deliveries, beverage service, and dining room cleaning.
Recording accurate and timely resident progress notes, condition change notes, and other required documentation.
