Requirements
- Valid nurse aide certification in the State of Wisconsin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping and caring for seniors
- Prompt and regular attendance
Responsibilities
- Provide essential daily nursing care and support to residents by assisting with grooming, bathing, feeding, and mobility while following established nursing care protocols and regulations.
- Monitor vital signs and food and water intake and promptly report any health or behavioral changes.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Offer companionship to patients and families to foster a warm and supportive environment.
