Requirements

Valid nurse aide certification in the State of Wisconsin
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping and caring for seniors
Prompt and regular attendance

Responsibilities

Provide essential daily nursing care and support to residents by assisting with grooming, bathing, feeding, and mobility while following established nursing care protocols and regulations
Monitor vital signs and food and water intake and promptly report any health or behavioral changes
Document care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Offer companionship to patients and families to foster a warm and supportive environment
