About The Position

Mirador Retirement Community is seeking compassionate caregivers who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of their seniors. They are looking for individuals who bring joy, dignity, and top-notch care wherever they go. Mirador is Coastal Bend’s only non-profit, faith-based continuing care retirement community, offering independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory support, and rehabilitation.

Requirements

Current CNA certification (Texas)
A heart for service and a team spirit
Passion for elder care and building meaningful connections
Completion of Certified Nursing Aide program
Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide certification

Nice To Haves

High school graduate or equivalent is desired
One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long-term care nursing assistant is preferred

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities
Offer kind words, warm smiles, and a listening ear
