About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our growing home care team. Requirements

• Current Texas CNA certification in good standing
• High school diploma or GED required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid Texas Driver's License
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray within the last year
• Must be dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Take and record vital signs when required
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with medication reminders
• Transport clients to appointments and errands as needed
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
