The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) will provide direct and indirect care to residents, families, nursing personnel, and physicians. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and consistency of nursing care by executing approved care plans and assisting in personal care services. The CNA is expected to complete orientation training and participate in ongoing in-service training programs. A key aspect of this role is ensuring the well-being of residents by not having physical or emotional problems that would interfere with normal functioning and care provision. The CNA is delegated the necessary administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for their assigned duties.
