About The Position
Priority Management is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting their independence and dignity. The role supports resident safety and provides direct care in a supportive, protective, and safe environment. The position is at Mansfield Medical Lodge in Mansfield, Texas.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Current Nurse Aide certification and good standing with the State of Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
- Ability to understand, remember, and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
- Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.
Responsibilities
- Promote resident safety.
- Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress, and provide nail care for assigned residents.
- Follow the resident assignment schedule prepared by the charge nurse.
- Lift, move, and transfer residents as required.
- Respond to call lights in a timely manner.
- Assist residents with eating or feed them.
- Keep residents clean and dry, including providing toileting or incontinence care.
- Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
