About The Position

As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you’ll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier ® . A Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I), who excels in this role: Accurately identifies patient needs Provides daily care and support long-term care residents Promote comfort, dignity, and safety for all patients.

Requirements

• Current state NA I license
• Completed NA course from an accredited school
• Basic Life Support certification is required
