The role involves providing daily care, building relationships with residents and families, documenting care, supporting safety protocols, and collaborating with nursing staff for a person-centered approach.
Requirements
- Kansas Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in good standing
- Must be able to work 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) including rotating weekends
- Compassionate communication, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset
Nice To Haves
- Previous CNA or healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and support with activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Build strong, positive relationships with residents and families
- Accurately document care and promptly report changes in condition
- Support infection control, cleanliness, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure a personalized, person-centered approach to care
