Each day, you’ll bring kindness and support as you: Assist residents with bathing, grooming, meals, and personal care Respond to call lights with patience and attentiveness Notice and share important changes in residents’ conditions Help with dining room service and light household tasks Follow individualized care plans and keep accurate documentation Participate in ongoing training to grow your skills Float from floor to floor as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Oklahoma CNA certification
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart Association)
- At least one year of experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
- A genuine heart for serving seniors and being part of a supportive team
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, grooming, meals, and personal care

- Help with dining room service and light household tasks

Benefits
- Competitive Pay: Starting at $16.00+ per hour (based on experience)
- Weekend Bonus: Additional $1 shift differential
- Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday 7P-7A
- FOR CNAs, CMAs & CHARGE NURSES EARN AN EXTRA $3.00 PER HOUR! Starting May 30, 2026
- Eligible clinical floor staff can earn an additional $3.00 per hour worked each pay period by meeting the program requirements.
