About The Position
ProHealth Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for a full-time, days position, working 40 hours per week. This is a state-of-the-art, 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital, a partnership between ProHealth Care and Lifepoint Rehabilitation. The hospital provides customized, individualized rehabilitation for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury, aiming to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
Requirements
- Completion of course for nursing assistants
- Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant
- CPR/BCLS certification required within 7 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience in an acute or long-term facility preferred
Responsibilities
- Assists nursing staff with patients’ personal care, emotional support, and activities of daily living.
- More complex duties performed under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
