Certified MRI Technologist - Full Time (Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, 7:00am-8:00pm) - Columbia (CNYPAI)
About The Position
Columbia/NewYork-Presbyterian Advanced Imaging (CNYPAI) is a collaboration between ColumbiaDoctors and NewYork-Presbyterian, delivering advanced outpatient Radiology and Imaging services, including MRI and PET/CT. The facility utilizes cutting-edge technology and is staffed by respected experts in the field. CNYPAI's mission is to detect and treat conditions, elevate research to advance population health, and ensure every patient receives care of the highest quality and compassion. The Certified MRI Technologist will bring their talents to experience a wide variety of cases across all modalities, using state-of-the-art technology in a hospital committed to putting patients first.
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Radiography program
- New York State Licensed X-Ray Technologist by the Department of Health
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in Radiography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging
- Maintains continuing education credits per American Registry of Radiologic Technologists requirements
- New York State license to inject contrast
- Proficient in EMR, RIS, HIS, PACS, Modality specific software
- One year experience in Diagnostic Imaging
