Certified MRI Technologist - Full-Time - Evenings - Allen We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MRI Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. In this role, you will perform high-quality MRI examinations while utilizing advanced imaging technology, Radiology Information Systems (RIS), PACS, and digital data management tools. Working under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental leadership, you will play a critical role in delivering safe, accurate, and efficient patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your expertise, collaborate with a world-class clinical team, and contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of rare and complex conditions in a leading academic healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License
  • New York State Certification for Intravascular Contrast Media Injection, or ability to obtain certification within six months of hire
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R)
  • Current ARRT certification and registration in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR), or eligibility to obtain certification and registration within six months of hire
  • Ability to maintain all New York State and ARRT continuing education and credential renewal requirements
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Proficiency with EMR, RIS, HIS, PACS, and modality specific software

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with GE imaging technology
  • At least one year of Diagnostic Imaging experience
  • Recent MRI experience
