About The Position
Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent. This role is a PRN position, and experience passing medication is required.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- Med Tech Certificate.
- Experience passing medication.
Nice To Haves
- One year of caregiving experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, using the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
- Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
- Effectively communicate with other team members, residents, and families.
- Provide excellent customer service.
