About The Position
The Certified Medication Technician administers daily medication to residents in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. The role includes monitoring residents, reporting changes, and collecting and recording medication administration. The position is with Strafford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, part of Tutera Senior Living & Health Care.
Requirements
- Active, good-standing Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of practice.
- Passion for working with seniors.
- Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
- Professional image in appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a Certified Medication Technician in a long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care setting.
