Requirements

  • Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Qualified Medication Aide (QMAP) certification.
  • Experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with electronic health records.
  • Knowledge of geriatric care.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications to residents.
  • Provide care and support to residents.
  • Participate in resident care planning.
  • Maintain accurate resident records.
  • Communicate with healthcare professionals and families.
