Requirements
- Current CMA certification in the state of North Dakota
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Reliable and dependable in fulfilling job duties
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with memory care needs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication protocols
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Document medication administration and resident status accurately
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
