About The Position

Harmony Cedar Rapids is looking to invest in Certified Medication Aides by providing opportunities to further your career and with the tools and encouragement you need to succeed. As a Certified Medication Aide you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Cedar Rapids by providing our residents with the medications they need, performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate
• Successful completion of State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training
• C.P.R. certification

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of C.N.A. and Medication Aide experience is preferable
