About The Position

St. George Village, Roswell’s first senior living Life Care community, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Medication Aide to join their care team. This full-time, overnight position requires a professional appearance, a caring demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain attentive and observant throughout the overnight shift. The community welcomes people of all faiths to embrace and enjoy community life.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Georgia Medication Aide license or certification
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Compassionate, attentive, and observant approach to resident care
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Commitment to providing person-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered support to residents.
• Administer medications accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Observe residents and promptly communicate changes or concerns.
• Maintain accurate medication and care documentation.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to residents, families, and team members.
• Follow all safety, security, and infection-control procedures.
• Contribute to team success through dependable attendance, sound decision-making, initiative, and excellent communication.
• Consistently model the values and service standards of St. George Village.
