About The Position
This is a pipeline position at Fox Trail Memory Care in Montville, NJ, where we are actively building a pool of qualified Certified Medication Aides for current and upcoming opportunities. By applying, you'll be considered for future openings as they become available within our community. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Active CMA certification
- Basic English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Safely administer medications in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
- Ensure proper medication dosage, timing, and documentation
- Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report concerns promptly
- Communicate effectively with nurses, healthcare providers, residents, and families
- Support residents with compassion, dignity, and respect in a memory care setting
