About The Position

As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) at Lifepoint Health, you will be a vital link between patients and providers, supporting the Health Support Center (HSC) team. Your role will involve interfacing with and providing care to patients and community members to positively impact the mission of making communities healthier. You will accurately identify patient needs, provide care appropriate to the patient's condition and age, and perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CMA or RMA or CCMA via the AAMA or NHA must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.

• One year of experience preferred
