Assist physicians with medical procedures in office. Responsible for phlebotomy, laboratory testing, quality control, instrument troubleshooting, and maintenance. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, relevant state certifications/licenses, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a medical assistant in a clinic or physician's office, with proven ability to perform venipuncture. Strong analytical, critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, customer service, and self-management skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and EMR systems is required. The position involves working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with occasional overtime and weekend shifts based on operational needs.
