Requirements
- Medical Assistant Certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- A high level of professionalism
- Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients, even in stressful situations
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Familiar with medical terminology and pharmacology
- Strong analytical skills to interpret medical charts and diagnoses
Responsibilities
- Obtain blood samples
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records
- Measure and record vital signs
- Clean and prepare exam rooms
- Administer immunizations
- Schedule patient appointments
