About The Position

The CERTIFIED Medical Assistant performs patient care and administrative/clerical related tasks and procedures based on training, education, and competency evaluations, and as delegated by and under the direction/supervision of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week position. Floating when needed, mileage reimbursement offered. Certification required at hire.

Requirements

Less than a year of related experience required.
Phlebotomy experience highly preferred.
High School Diploma OR equivalency required.
Must have one of the following on the first day of employment: Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Certified EMT (EMT-B).
BLS within 90 days of hire date.
