About The Position

This contract Certified Medical Assistant role offers an opportunity to work a full-time schedule with no weekends or on-call duties. Candidates with clinical and administrative experience, BLS certification, and EPIC EMR skills are encouraged to apply. Bilingual candidates and those interested in a long-term permanent position are especially welcomed.

Requirements

• High School/GED
• Phlebotomy (1+ years)
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Primary Care Managed Care Care Management
• Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications: American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS) American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical and administrative duties as a Certified Medical Assistant
• Use EPIC EMR system for patient records and documentation
• Conduct phlebotomy procedures
• Provide patient-centered care with strong communication
• Support primary care operations
