About The Position

Seeking a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant to join our team in a Interventional Pain Management Clinic! This is a full-time position with hours from 07:30 am-04:00 pm Monday-Thursday and 07:30 am-01:30 pm on Fridays. While healthcare experience is a plus, we are willing to train new graduates who meet all other requirements. The ideal candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment and work well with varying providers who each require unique forms and assistance.

Requirements

• MUST have an active CCMA, CMA, CPhT or RMA certification to apply.
• Passed AAMA, NHA and RMA testing is a MUST.
• Must be able to handle a fast paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience is a plus
• C-ARM Machine experience highly preferred
• Eclinicalworks charting experience is a BIG PLUS

Responsibilities

• Referrals to specialist clinics
• Medication printing and modifications
• Pulling Charts and completing HPI
• Vital Signs
• Ordering Radiographic Imaging
• Answering phone calls
• Prior Authorizations for medications
• New Patients packets data entry
• Eclinicalworks charting experience is a BIG PLUS
• Work well with varying providers who each require unique forms and assistance
