About The Position
We are hiring Certified Medical Assistants (CMA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for a hybrid role involving onboarding patients into our Virtual Care Management (VCM) program and performing patient monitoring activities. This position is primarily on-site but offers remote work and work-from-home opportunities. Vironix Health is a rapidly growing AI-health technology company specializing in virtual care management technologies for patients with coronary, respiratory, and kidney diseases. Our product offers Remote Physiologic Monitoring (RPM) and Complex Chronic Care Management (CCCM) services to physician practices, aiming to improve patient care, generate revenue, and reduce healthcare costs. Requirements
- CMA, CNA, or LPN Certification
- Medical Assisting and Patient Care skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience in Medical Office procedures
- Experience in taking vital sign and weight measures
- Proficiency in managing Medical Records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Must supply own laptop, home Wi-Fi, and vehicle for commuting.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with virtual care technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding patients into the VCM (Virtual Care Management) program.
- Performing patient monitoring activities.
- Conducting scheduled virtual check-ins with patients (weekly or monthly) to follow up on symptoms and medications.
- Responding to software alerts when vital sign anomalies are detected.
- Enrolling patients in the RPM program by introducing the program and guiding them through enrollment during on-site visits.
- Continuing remote monitoring during downtime from a dedicated contractor station.
