About The Position
Vironix Health is seeking Certified Medical Assistants (CMA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for a hybrid role involving patient onboarding into the Virtual Care Management (VCM) program and performing patient monitoring activities. Their flagship product provides Remote Physiologic Monitoring (RPM) and Complex Chronic Care Management (CCCM) services, supported by cellular-enabled devices, software, mobile apps, and monitoring staff. The role is primarily on-site but offers remote work opportunities. Training and support are provided.
Requirements
- CMA, CNA, or LPN Certification
- Medical Assisting and Patient Care skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience in Medical Office procedures
- Experience in taking vital sign and weight measures
- Proficiency in managing Medical Records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Must supply own laptop, home Wi-Fi, and vehicle for commuting.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with virtual care technologies is a plus.
- Hybrid role: A minimum of 3 days onsite, remaining time remote.
- Flexibility with scheduling on-site.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding patients into the VCM (Virtual Care Management) program.
- Performing patient monitoring activities.
- Conducting scheduled virtual check-ins with patients (weekly or monthly) to follow up on symptoms and medications.
- Responding to software alerts when vital sign anomalies are detected.
- Enrolling patients in the RPM program by being present at the doctor's office at least 3 days/week.
- Introducing the program and guiding patients through enrollment within a 10-minute timeframe.
- Continuing remote monitoring during downtime between enrollments.
