About The Position
A Medical Assistant is needed to provide office duties in a medical office setting.
Requirements
- National medical assistant certification required
- Non-certified medical assistants must have at least two years of medical office experience
- Ability to work between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm
Nice To Haves
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
Responsibilities
- Take vital signs
- Room patients
- Handle prescription refills
- Enter lab and imaging orders
- Perform EMR data entry
- Conduct telephone triage
