About The Position

The Beaufort/Bluffton Outpatient Clinic Float Team offers a unique opportunity for Certified Medical Assistants who enjoy variety, flexibility, and growth. Beaufort/Bluffton Clinic Float team members support multiple outpatient clinics across our ambulatory network, stepping in where help is needed most. This position requires reliable transportation for traveling throughout the Beaufort/Bluffton area. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of an accredited medical assisting program with one year of patient care experience preferred.
American Medical Technologists (AMT)
American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
National Health career Association (NHA) MedCA as a Certified Clinical & Administrative Medical Assistant (MA1)
National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).

Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Certified Medical Assistant performs multi-skilled activities to support a decentralized patient-centered approach to patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
