About The Position

At Chapel Hill Pediatrics and Adolescents, we believe pediatric care is about more than treating illnesses and administering vaccines. It's about helping children grow, comforting anxious parents, celebrating milestones, and creating positive healthcare experiences that families remember for years. Every day, our team has the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. Whether it's calming a nervous child before a vaccine, reassuring a first-time parent, or supporting a provider during a busy clinic day, the work you do matters. If you're looking for a role where your compassion, reliability, and clinical skills have a direct impact on the health and well-being of children, we'd love to meet you. At Chapel Hill Pediatrics, we genuinely consider ourselves a family. We support one another, celebrate successes together, and step in to help when our teammates need us. Our mission, More Than Medicine, is reflected in everything we do: We treat patients like family. We work together to provide exceptional care.
