About The Position

Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience.
- Active medical assistant certification (CMA, CCMA, RMA) or nursing license (RN or LPN).
Nice To Haves
- B.S. or B.A. from any accredited university.
- Professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position.
- Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role.
- Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
Responsibilities
- Providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for patients in clinical research studies.
- Ensuring patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience throughout their time in the clinic.
- Completing patient visits accurately and efficiently, with 100% adherence to clinical trial protocols.
- Executing patient enrollment and retention activities with focus and follow-through.
- Entering clinical data accurately and on time across various medical record systems and platforms.
- Serving as the lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials.
- Ensuring sponsors and clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at the clinic and assuring clear, constant communication with them when they are offsite.
- Providing physicians with timely patient and protocol updates that reinforce confidence in the site team.
