Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional experience.
  • Active medical assistant certification (CMA, CCMA, RMA) or nursing license (RN or LPN).

Nice To Haves

  • B.S. or B.A. from any accredited university.
  • Professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position.
  • Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role.
  • Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Responsibilities

  • Providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for patients in clinical research studies.
  • Ensuring patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience throughout their time in the clinic.
  • Completing patient visits accurately and efficiently, with 100% adherence to clinical trial protocols.
  • Executing patient enrollment and retention activities with focus and follow-through.
  • Entering clinical data accurately and on time across various medical record systems and platforms.
  • Serving as the lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials.
  • Ensuring sponsors and clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at the clinic and assuring clear, constant communication with them when they are offsite.
  • Providing physicians with timely patient and protocol updates that reinforce confidence in the site team.
