Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
  • CPR certified

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum two years of medical/surgical or oncology experience preferred
  • Previous office experience desirable

Responsibilities

  • Performs delegated patient care tasks for an assigned patient population.
  • Performs clinical tasks as well as administrative duties assigned by the Clinic Manager to facilitate the care of patients.
  • Performs all responsibilities in accordance with all policy and procedure guidelines.
  • Provides care for all assigned patient populations.
  • Functions under the direct supervision of the Medical Oncologist, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for patient care activities.
