About The Position
The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN) provides clinical support under physician supervision. The role delivers direct and indirect patient care, applies established clinical principles and professional standards, and supports the efficient operation of the practice through both clinical and clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
- If candidate is a CMA: High school diploma or equivalent, required
- If candidate is a CMA: Graduation certificate from an accredited Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) program, required
- If candidate is a CMA: Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification, required
- If candidate is an LPN: Graduation certificate from an accredited nursing (LPN) program, required
- If candidate is an LPN: Current state licensure, required
- If candidate is an RN: Graduation certificate from an accredited nursing (RN) program, required
- If candidate is an RN: Current state licensure, required
- Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Composure in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
- Dependable, punctual, and highly detail‑oriented
- Strong multitasking and independent‑work capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate documentation skills
- Ability to follow established workflows consistently
