About The Position
Vironix Health is seeking Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs), CCMA's, or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a hybrid role involving patient onboarding into our Virtual Care Management (VCM) program and performing patient monitoring activities. Requirements
- CMA, CCMA or LPN Certification / License
- Medical Assisting and Patient Care skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience in Medical Office procedures
- Experience in taking vital sign and weight measures
- Proficiency in managing Medical Records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience with virtual care technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding patients into the VCM (Virtual Care Management) program.
- Performing patient monitoring activities.
- Conducting scheduled virtual check-ins with patients (weekly or monthly) to follow up on symptoms and medications.
- Responding to software alerts when vital sign anomalies are detected.
- Enrolling patients in the RPM program during on-site visits.
- Introducing the program and guiding patients through enrollment.
- Continuing remote monitoring during downtime between enrollments.
