Requirements

• Active LPN license or MA Certification required
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and effective time management

Responsibilities

• Assisting physicians with direct patient care
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
• Completing prior authorizations and pre-certifications for MRIs and CTs
• Communicating test results clearly and professionally
• Performing phlebotomy
• Supporting a variety of clinical and administrative duties
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and physicians—representing the practice with professionalism, compassion, and a positive attitude.
