About The Position

We are hiring for CMA, CCMA, or LPN's for a role that involves onboarding patients into our VCM (Virtual Care Management) program and performing patient monitoring activities. Vironix Health is a rapidly growing AI-health technology company specializing in virtual care management technologies for preventative care in patients with coronary, respiratory, and kidney diseases. Our product offers Remote Physiologic Monitoring (RPM) and Complex Chronic Care Management (CCCM) services to physician practices, aiming to enhance patient care, generate new revenue, and reduce healthcare costs. We provide cellular-enabled devices, software, mobile apps, and monitoring staff to support patients and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • CMA, CCMA or LPN Certification / License
  • Medical Assisting and Patient Care skills
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Experience in Medical Office procedures
  • Experience in taking vital sign and weight measures
  • Proficiency in managing Medical Records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Must supply your own laptop, home Wi-Fi, and vehicle for commuting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with virtual care technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding patients into the VCM (Virtual Care Management) program.
  • Performing patient monitoring activities.
  • Conduct scheduled virtual check-ins with patients (weekly or monthly) to follow up on symptoms and medications.
  • Respond to software alerts when vital sign anomalies are detected (e.g., dangerously high blood pressure).
  • Be present at the doctor's office at least 3 days/week to enroll patients in the RPM program.
  • Introduce the program and walk patients through enrollment.
  • Continue remote monitoring from a dedicated contractor station during downtime between enrollments.
