About The Position
We are hiring for Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a role that involves onboarding patients into our Virtual Care Management (VCM) program and performing patient monitoring activities. Requirements
- CMA, or LPN Certification
- Medical Assisting and Patient Care skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience in Medical Office procedures
- Experience in taking vital sign and weight measures
- Proficiency in managing Medical Records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Must supply your own laptop, home Wi-Fi, and vehicle for commuting.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with virtual care technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Onboard patients into the VCM (Virtual Care Management) program.
- Perform patient monitoring activities.
- Conduct scheduled virtual check-ins with patients (weekly or monthly) to follow up on symptoms and medications.
- Respond to software alerts when vital sign anomalies are detected.
- Enroll patients in the RPM program by being present at the doctor's office.
- Introduce the program and guide patients through enrollment.
- Continue remote monitoring during downtime between enrollments from a dedicated contractor station.
