About The Position
This is a Lead CMA position overseeing two CMAs at a busy fertility practice. The role involves assisting with patient care, including ultrasound exams and consults, preparing and stocking rooms, and supporting procedures in the operating room. The Lead CMA will also work with the RN to manage patient charts, schedule appointments in the EMR, and handle supply and inventory management.

Responsibilities
- Oversee two CMAs
- Assist during ultrasound exams and patient consults
- Turn over and stock rooms
- Cover procedures in the operating room during hysteroscopy, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer
- Work alongside RN to prep patient charts for upcoming visits
- Schedule patient clinical visits in the EMR
- Order supplies
- Monitor inventory
- Clean equipment
- Monitor equipment
