The role requires performing medical intake procedures, patient evaluations, recording symptoms and reactions, administering immunizations, and practicing safe phlebotomy skills. Front desk duties include upholding the company's mission, vision, and values, greeting and assisting patients professionally and confidentially, processing payments, verifying insurance information, and scheduling appointments. Phlebotomy tasks involve performing venipuncture and fingersticks, identifying patients, preparing collection sites, labeling specimens, and processing them according to laboratory protocols.
