About The Position

We are seeking a certified Massage Therapist to join a successful clinical spa. The therapist tailors treatments to each patient's individual needs and health goals and works as part of a holistic wellness team. Candidates should be knowledgeable in a variety of massage styles and have a deep understanding of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system. The role focuses on deep tissue massage. Deep tissue or injury-based experience is preferred. The spa offers some hands-on training to sharpen skills and instruction in hand- and body-saving techniques that support career longevity. Full-time or part-time work is welcome, and hours can be somewhat flexible within reason.

Requirements

Hold a current license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy.
Be capable of performing deep tissue massage modalities.
Be punctual.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be strongly service-oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients one-on-one.
Demonstrate a high level of ethics and integrity.
Have a passion for helping people feel their best.
