Certified Manufacturing Electrician 1st shift
About The Position
This role is responsible for performing electrical maintenance and repair tasks within a manufacturing environment. The individual must be able to install electrical power to machines, repair electrical motors, analyze and diagnose electrical problems, and replace lighting components. The position also involves ensuring compliance with company quality standards, assisting with facility electrical upgrades, and maintaining a clean and safe work area according to 5S standards. The job requires adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies, as well as the company's code of ethical standards. Marginal duties may include mechanical, carpentry, and plumbing work.
Requirements
- Able to read and write in English
- Proficient in NEC and electrical standards
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Capable of metal layout and fabrication
- Must be proficient with all hand and power tools
- Able to operate forklift, scissor lifts and boom lifts
- Ability to perform all work to established Company and customer specifications
- Able to bend pipe, install plastic and metal conduit and install breakers/disconnects
- Must have a current ICC Nevada journeyman electrician license
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- OSHA 10/30 hour certificate a plus
- Passing grade on Chromalloy Electrical/Maintenance Test

- Must be aware of ISO/Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements
- Assist in all electrical facility upgrades
