About The Position
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Certified Investigator to conduct incident investigations. This role involves witness interviews, evidence gathering, documentation, and reporting findings. The ideal candidate will excel at research, problem-solving, and interpreting rules and policies, with experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and/or mental health diagnoses. This is a PRN (as needed) position offering flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Active Certified Investigator Certificate from Office Development Program required.
- Must demonstrate core competencies.
Nice To Haves
- One or more years experience working with individuals with intellectual and development disabilities, autism, and or mental health diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Conduct incident investigations using certified investigator training.
- Conduct witness interviews.
- Gather evidence.
- Document findings.
- Report investigation findings.
