About The Position
We are hiring licensed Caregivers for quick start shift opportunities in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, and Union County. We offer onboarding, training, and quick scheduling for work. Our pay rate is above the industry average, and we provide quick comprehensive orientations and case training. We hire individuals who have completed CH-HHA courses, with license in progress, and provide POE verification for the Board of Nursing. We also hire qualified CNAs and PCAs who will get their NJ CH-HHA license. We offer tuition assistance to qualified Employees. Requirements
- CHHA, CHHA license in progress or CNA willing to get CHHA license.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation with current insurance.
- Able to work in the USA.
- Must be able to travel 10-30 miles to cases.
- Must be able to work 2 weekend shifts (Sat, Sun) each month.
- Must be able to work 1 evening shift each month.
- Must work 1 ON-CALL SHIFT each month.
- Current CPR certification.
- TB test results and MMR immunity.
- Physical exam within the last 11 months.
Nice To Haves
- Completed CH-HHA courses.
- Qualified CNAs and PCAs.
Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical home care, personal care, companion care, and homemaking services.
- Travel to cases within a 10-30 mile radius.
- Work at least 2 weekend shifts per month (may be split up).
- Work at least 1 evening shift per month.
- Work 1 ON-CALL SHIFT per month.
- Provide care to people in need.
