About The Position

Avast Care is looking for a certified home health aide in the Salem area of Salem County, NJ. We assign clients close to your home, build your schedule around your availability, and pay $17.00–$20.00/hr weekly. Qualified applicants can start within days. We are a small, local team — not a corporate ticket number. We match aides with clients, not just fill slots.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification (must appear on the NJ CHHA Registry)
• Ability to work independently in a private duty home care setting
• Reliable transportation for a case in the Salem area
• Dependable attendance and sound professional judgment

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care in your client’s home — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support, and daily routine assistance
• Follow the care plan and communicate clearly about any changes in your client’s condition or scheduling needs
• Build a consistent, trusting relationship with your client and their family
• Maintain reliable attendance and a calm, professional presence in every home
