Requirements

Completion of Home Health Aide competency test to be administered by CoxHealth at Home staff before Hire.
Completion of Home Health Aide basic skills test to be administered by CoxHealth at Home staff within 90 days of hire.
Six months of paid experience as an agency caregiver.
Ability to follow directions and perform duties with minimum supervision.
Exhibit sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.
Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.
MO CNA License OR MO CMT License OR MO CMA License OR as of 1/1/2022 grandfathered with an Accredited Nurse Aide Certification
Active Driver's License
