A caring, reliable, and empathetic nature
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow individualized care plans and deliver person-centered support

Nice To Haves

A high school diploma or equivalent
Experience in caregiving or a similar role
CPR and First Aid certification

Responsibilities

Support clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Help clients stay on track with prescribed medication routines
Plan and prepare meals while supporting proper nutrition and hydration
Provide emotional support, conversation, and accompany clients to appointments or social activities
Observe and document changes in client condition and communicate with the care team
