About The Position
Fox Trail Memory Care is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to support residents and contribute to a positive team environment. This role offers a chance to work in boutique-style communities with low resident-to-caregiver ratios and supportive leadership. The position focuses on providing compassionate support tailored to individuals living with memory impairment, promoting a safe and engaging environment, and building meaningful connections with residents and their families.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- An active CHHA certification in New Jersey
Nice To Haves
- Experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a resident-centered care environment
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide compassionate support tailored to individuals living with memory impairment
